It's a country inn, you could say, like a stopover on the way of lords and knights, right in the middle of the city of Puymirol, with a huge central table that opens to the feast, where we like to feast between friends.
At the controls of conviviality: Christopher Trama
This medieval building adjacent to the parent company "Trama", offers a cuisine of our families, the bourgeois cuisine of traditional French recipe books, barely touched by the "revisited" fashion. The excellent value for money is in order here and has already been awarded a Bib Gourmand awarded by the Michelin Guide and two Toques at Gault & Millau.
Here we are talking about fricassees, salmis, quiches, pies, terrines, roasts... Chef Michel Trama is having fun and going back to basics with a potato stuffed with pig's trotters and snails, a lamb shank confit with white beans, a grain-fed chicken with a wine vinegar and tarragon sauce, a rice pudding and caramel, a Cabécou du Lot, a huge egg with snow... And for a gourmet pleasure at four, order the famous chicken in a salt crust with its herb sauce!
What a good idea this Poule d'Or, which comes to satisfy the Trama and the already loyal customers of Puymirol and its surroundings.
