150 m from La Baïse and the historic center of Nérac, a small charming town with a medieval and Renaissance character, the 3* Tourist Residence Goélia L'Aquaresort is located in a landscaped park with gardens and leisure areas and is adjoining the " Lud'o Parc", a 1000 m² water park with a Gallo-Roman decor composed of leisure and pleasure pools: pools, waterfalls and aqua slides, inflatable structures for children aged 3 to 10 years... and access to which is included for Aquaresort residents in July and August.

The Aquaresort residence is made up of apartments for 4 to 8 people, with covered terrace on the garden level or covered balcony on the upper floor, and villas for 6 and 8 people on the garden level. The accommodations are perfectly equipped with a kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave/grill, extractor hood, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster), bathroom and towel warmer (shower room in some accommodations accepting people with reduced mobility) and all have garden furniture. TV is included.

Within the residence, you will find a reception, a children's play area, a bowling alley but also free parking and WIFI access to the reception during opening hours with access limited to 30 minutes per day and per adult.
