  The estate offers a large 150 m² meeting room, bathed in natural light thanks to a glass roof, and which can be divided into three rooms for 35 people. These spaces are fully equipped to meet your professional needs: video projector, sound system, and free Wi-Fi. The modular rooms allow you to adapt the space to the size and nature of your event. For smaller meetings or subcommittees, you can also use the VIP or Comfort cottages, ideal for groups of 10 to 15 people.
  
  To organize a large-scale event, a convertible space is available, and it is possible to privatize the estate for special occasions, with a marquee.

A very disappointing stay at Domaine Landes de Gascogne. We booked a €1,200 VIP cottage for 3 adults and 1 baby, and the experience was far from perfect. Upon arrival, there was no welcome, no explanation of the services or how they operated, which was unacceptable. The cottage was filthy; I had to spend over an hour cleaning everything myself. Furthermore, by 8:30 p.m., there were no dining options available and no communication about it. The children had to make do with chips. Everything is done via an app, but there is no human available to resolve the issues. I wrote to customer service, but the responses received were preconceived and did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. We didn't feel listened to or understood, and no concrete solutions were provided. On top of that, it rained throughout our entire stay, and no activities were adapted accordingly, which is simply outrageous. I'm very disappointed and I feel like it's just a money-making machine, with no consideration for the human aspect. I will never go back and I strongly advise against it. I was told that they were truly sorry for me, even though no one took my comments into account during my stay and no one wanted to change that. Then they kindly told me that I could make a complaint if I wanted, but no matter what you said, they had something to say, but nothing was done!

Lovely staff. Very well equipped rooms and very well adapted for people in wheelchairs. Just note that to get out of bed it would be good to place some type of grip to make it easier for them to get up. We went with two dogs and they were nice enough to leave them rewards. They also have many activities for children, which is great to keep them entertained. Everything excellent
