Would you like to discover the Dropt river from a new point of view? Come for a walk on the river in a canoe, or in a kayak during the summer season! Departing from the Municipal Campsite of Allemans-du-Dropt, the Canoe Kayak Club of the Dropt Valley offers you the rental of nautical equipment, transport and experienced advice for spending time with family or friends.

Allemans-du-Dropt is a pretty little village that deserves a stop and what better than to observe it from the waves? The Dropt is a river which originates in the Périgord Pourpre, which crosses the Lot-et-Garonne to flow into the Garonne. The Pays des Bastides allows you to follow it and on your way are many charming villages, in a natural setting that lovers of beautiful landscapes will appreciate. Out of season, the Canoe Kayak Club welcomes you for walks on your own or accompanied by qualified instructors.

Rentals are daily from July 1 to August 31 (call ahead to book), from the Allemans-du-Dropt Municipal Campsite. The services are complete, that is to say that you have nothing to bring except shoes that can go in the water, a towel, why not a picnic and especially water, cream sunglasses and a headgear in summer! The boat, the paddles, the lifejacket and the waterproof container will be provided to you, as well as the insured transport. The car park is near the nautical base and it is free!

The Canoe Kayak Club also offers Stand Up Paddle rental, it is a large board similar to a surfboard or a windsurf board. We climb on it and while standing or sitting, with a paddle, we walk on the calm waters. It's a wonderful way, alone or in pairs, to walk for a few hours and stroll on the water in this romantic corner of the Dropt.
