  Designed as a real place of life and conviviality, reflecting the warm character of the South-West, locals and travelers from more distant lands are invited to discover its different spaces: the Café Serra, the Villa Serra, the wellness area, the reception rooms, and of course, the bedrooms.
  
  The Serra is made up of 50 rooms and 8 apartments :
  - 2 Signature rooms each with a beautiful private terrace for 1 to 2 people.
  - 9 Tribu rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with two separate sleeping areas.
  - 2 Business suites consisting of a bedroom and a separate office for 1 to 2 people.
  - 10 Cosy rooms with a lounge area for 1 to 2 people.
  - 27 Cocon rooms for 1 to 2 people.
  - 8 luxury apartments equipped for 1 to 2 people.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my mum and son. It was a great mini apartment as we had 2 bedrooms, plus the shower was magic. Really quiet soundproofed rooms with zero noise from the outside. The curtains kept the room totally dark too. Fab hair dryer, lovely toiletries and gorgeous hotel fragrance which I loved so much I bought a bottle! The breakfast was very good and the outside garden and terrace were really lovely. Location is great too.

Very beautiful hotel! We had a lovely stay here and felt welcome. Nice modern rooms, loved the large TV in the room with casting ability. Beds were very comfortable too! Secured parking on site available. Definitely a recommendation.

Brand new stylish hotel with friendly staff, lovely airy public rooms arranged around a landscaped courtyard with a Ginko tree. The Ginko leaf forms the hotel logo. Very close to the historic centre, restaurants and cafes, the covered market and the Fine Art Museum. Overlooks a riverside garden, Saturday market square and the main road (but not noisy with windows open - it was the dawn chorus that woke us). Comfy bedrooms with linen bed covers and Tom Dixon bathrooms. Adjustable heating. Rather subtle lighting for us oldies, but the colour scheme is ‘plum’ ie. quite dark but appropriate for the town of Agen, famed for its prunes! Dog friendly. Easy access from J7 on the motorway, plenty of parking and overnight EV charging.
